Gladys Sanda, Au.D
Dr. Gladys Sanda is a dedicated clinical audiologist based in London, with over 10 years of experience specialising in tinnitus and hyperacusis management. Holding a Doctorate in Audiology, her expertise has helped countless patients find relief and enhance their quality of life. After experiencing tinnitus herself in 2020, Dr. Sanda gained a deeper, personal understanding of the condition, which has further fuelled her passion for helping others.
Having worked in respected clinics on Harley Street, Dr. Sanda has trained numerous audiology professionals and recognised the growing need for specialised tinnitus care. This led her to create The Tinnitus Mastery Programme® in 2024, designed to empower healthcare professionals with the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional tinnitus care.
When she’s not working, Dr. Sanda enjoys travelling, spending quality time with her husband, family, and French Bulldog, Astari. She also runs a book club for women in her community and is an avid fan of psychological thrillers, a passion that aligns with her natural curiosity for solving complex problems - just like the ones she tackles in her work with tinnitus.

What format is the programme delivered in?
The programme has an e-learning course (accessible on a laptop, tablet or phone) which consists of short bite-sized captioned videos. There are also downloadable supplementary documents. In addition, you will be invited to 3x live group sessions via Zoom to consolidate your learning.
When does the programme start?
To be determined.
How much time do I need to commit to the programme?
Ideally, aim for 2–3 hours per week to go through the material and put it into practice.
By working through the course consistently over around 8 weeks, you’ll give yourself the best chance to absorb the content, build confidence, and see real results.
How long do I have access to the programme?
You will obtain lifetime access to the programme.
When are the live Q&A sessions?
There will be 3 live Q&As via Zoom to consolidate your learning. The exact timings will be determined by the availability of the participants in your cohort.
What support will I receive?
You’ll have ongoing support through a dedicated WhatsApp channel for immediate assistance. There is an additional option for a mentoring package which includes personalised, monthly 1-1 support sessions with Gladys which will be offered once you have completed the course.
What experience or qualifications do I need?
This course is for healthcare professionals with clinical experience, who have a strong desire to want to help people with tinnitus. No prior tinnitus experience is needed, but hearing aid dispenser qualification is required to implement ‘Module 3: Fitting hearing aids’. However, this is still a useful module for people who are not fitting hearing aids.

Absolutely! This programme is accredited by the CPD Certification Service, meaning it has undergone rigorous evaluation to ensure the materials meet the highest standards.
